Personal data is only collected on the site when it is supplied by the user. Cases where the user supplies the information include, but are not limited to, donations, volunteering, signing up for the mailing list, and contacting the organization. Personal data collected on this site may include:

How We Use Your Personal Data

PFNCA uses your personal data to enter any donations made into our system. A record of the donation is kept as well as sent back to you. Personal data is used to foster communication with you in the following ways:

  • E-mail and Postal Mail communications about events, activities, and fundraisers
  • Maintaining a record of donations
  • Keeping track of events attended and donated to

Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties

PFNCA does not share personal data with third parties. PFNCA reserves the right to disclose and use personal data for necessary purposes, including: to protect users, other members of PFNCA and the PFNCA community, or PFNCA’s interests or property; to prevent crime, fraud, or violation of the Terms; or when PFNCA, in good faith, believes that the law requires it to do so.
